เมื่อวันที่ 13 มิถุนายน 2567 สำนักงานรับรองไม้เศรษฐกิจไทย (TFCC) โดยสถาบันอุตสาหกรรมเพื่อการเกษตร ภายใต้สภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย ร่วมจัดงานสัมมนาภายในงาน ProPak Asia 2024 ณ ไบเทคบางนา ภายใต้หัวข้อ "Current Business Operations Under Climate Change Regulation, ESG and EUDR" โดยได้รับเกียรติจากวิทยากรทั้ง 3 ท่าน ได้แก่ 1. ดร.สนธยา กริชนวรักษ์ ผู้อำนวยการสถาบันการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศ FTI บรรยายในหัวข้อ "Carbon Credit as a Solution" 2. Fabienne Sinclair, Head of Market Engagement PEFC International บรรยายในหัวข้อ "Forest Certification as a risk mitigation solution for ESG & EUDR contributing towards climate change impact" 3. คุณภัทรันดา แสงหมะหมัด ผู้อำนวยการสถาบันอุตสาหกรรมเพื่อการเกษตร FTI บรรยายในหัวข้อ "โครงการส่งเสริมผู้ประกอบการผ่านระบบ BDS กับผู้ให้บริการด้านการตลาด" การสัมมนาในครั้งนี้ เน้นการปรับตัวของธุรกิจภายใต้การเปลี่ยนแปลงกฎระเบียบด้านสภาพภูมิอากาศ และการนำ ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) มาใช้ในการดำเนินธุรกิจ รวมถึงการปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดของ EUDRโดยมีผู้ให้ความสนใจและเข้าร่วมจากทั้งหน่วยงานภายในและหน่วยงานต่างประเทศ ทั้งสิ้นกว่า 15 ท่าน อีกทั้ง มีการจัดนิทรรศภายในงาน Propak Asia 2024 ระหว่างวันที่ 12-15 มิถุนายน 2567 โดย สำนักงานรับรองไม้เศรษฐกิจไทย (TFCC) สถาบันอุตสาหกรรมเพื่อการเกษตร ภายใต้สภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย ซึ่งการจัดแสดงตัวอย่างผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ได้รับการรับรองจาก PEFC พร้อมทั้งแนะนำเพิมเติมเกี่ยวกับประเด็นข้อสงสัยเกี่ยวกับ TFCC และ PEFC On June 13, 2024, the Thailand Forest Certification Council (TFCC), under the Institute of Agro-based Industries of The Federation of Thai Industries, co-organized a seminar at ProPak Asia 2024 held at BITEC Bangna. The seminar focused on "Current Business Operations Under Climate Change Regulation, ESG and EUDR." Three esteemed speakers presented during the event: 1. Dr. Sontaya Krichnavaruk, Director of the Climate Change Institute, FTI, spoke on "Carbon Credit as a Solution." 2. Fabienne Sinclair, Head of Market Engagement, PEFC International, presented on "Forest Certification as a risk mitigation solution for ESG & EUDR contributing towards climate change impact." 3. Ms. Pattarada Sangmamat, Director of the Institute of Agro-based Industries , FTI, discussed the topic "Promoting Entrepreneurs through BDS System with Marketing Service Providers." The seminar focused on business adaptation to climate change regulations, the adoption of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) principles in business operations, and compliance with EUDR requirements. The event attracted over 15 participants from both domestic and international organizations.
In addition to the seminar, TFCC also organized an exhibition booth at ProPak Asia 2024, which took place from June 12-15, 2024. The booth showcased PEFC-certified products and provided information about TFCC and PEFC.
